PRIVACY POLICY

Why do we collect and use your personal information

We collect and use your personal information in order for us to process your order for one of our

products and/or services.

We will use your personal information to send you marketing communications by email about

similar products and services that you may be interested in as well as new products and

services that we will start to offer.

Please note that you have the right to object to receiving marketing communication and we will

give you an easy way to unsubscribe from receiving any marketing communications from us.

What happens if I do not provide my personal information

We need your personal information in order to provide our services to you or to process your

order. If we do not collect your personal information we will not be able to provide our services

to you or complete your order.

Who will we share your personal information with

We will share your personal information with third parties such as HMRC where we are required

to do so by law. We will also share your personal information with third party suppliers and

manufacturers that we use to provide our services to you and/or to process your order. This

includes a surveyor firm that we work with and manufacturers that produce the products you

order from us.

Transferring your personal information outside Europe

We will not transfer your personal information outside of Europe. This is a long form text area designed for your content that you can fill up with as many words as your heart desires. You can write articles, long mission statements, company policies, executive profiles, company awards/distinctions, office locations, shareholder reports, whitepapers, media mentions and other pieces of content that don’t fit into a shorter, more succinct space.

Articles – Good topics for articles include anything related to your company – recent changes to operations, the latest company softball game – or the industry you’re in. General business trends (think national and even international) are great article fodder, too.

Mission statements – You can tell a lot about a company by its mission statement. Don’t have one? Now might be a good time to create one and post it here. A good mission statement tells you what drives a company to do what it does.

Company policies – Are there company policies that are particularly important to your business? Perhaps your unlimited paternity/maternity leave policy has endeared you to employees across the company. This is a good place to talk about that.

How long will we store your personal information
We will store your personal information for up to six years from ceasing to be our client in all
cases. This is to enable us to refer to our records in the unlikely event that you want to lodge a
complaint against us within six years.
If you do not object to receiving marketing communications from us we will store your personal
information for marketing purposes until you unsubscribe from receiving marketing
communications from us.
