Every so often, we get calls from people who have had Composite Doors installed from other companies and are having issues. These customers often report to us that the company has either vanished or has given them the run around rather than returning to fix the issue the customer may have. 

We obviously try and help these people where we can and usually it may just be a simple latch or hinge adjustment. But in certain occasions where the door slab is faulty it has unfortunately involved an entire new composite door and frame being required. Due to the technical requirements of composite doors simply ordering a replacement door slab is not possible without the manufacture details.

This would be avoided if the customer could get a response from initial installation company.
