Pricing for cutting out brickwork and installing lintels

Price for single door brickwork cut outs

A single door brickwork cut out for a straight forward single skin construction (i.e. a door in a garage) would be £170 including VAT. An additional £50 would need to be added if a new lintel is required.

Brickwork disposal would be £50 including VAT.

Price for Dwarf Wall/ Lower Flag brickwork cut outs

Dwarf wall / lower half flag cut outs would be £80 per side including VAT, (also includes disposal).

Price for brickwork cut outs for French Doors

A brickwork cut out for French doors or Patio (sliding) doors, if the top half has an existing window and beneath the window is brickwork would cost £200 including VAT.

If below the window is rendered we will need to make sure it is brickwork under the render.

Brickwork disposal £70 including VAT.

Lintels

Any other lintels or cuts out will be priced on a job by job basis, we may ask for photos before conducting a survey to help give you a better idea on price.
