How can I get a quote for a new composite door?
The easiest way to get a quote for a new door is to visit our online Composite Door Designer by clicking here.
You can choose from millions of design combinations and best of all you get our pricing as you design including the installation. Once you have a design you are happy with, click on the "Request a survey" button at the end of the design process. We will then give you a call back to arrange for our professional Composite Door fitters to conduct a survey. Alternatively, you can visit our contact page.
Does the online price on our composite door designer include fitting?
Over 95% of our customers pay the same price as shown on our website. For more information please scroll to the bottom of this page.

What guarantee do I get with my new door?
Our Soild Core and GRP Composite Doors come with a full 10 year manufacturer's warranty. If you have any problem within that time just give us a call. We usually visit properties within 2 days of an issue being reported. We are also well established with over a hundred 5 star reviews going back to 2014, so you can rest assured you will be choosing the right company for the job.
Do we offer free surveys?
Yes surveys in our regular service area are free. We do however persuade customers to visit our Composite Door Designer before conducting a survey, this is so that customers can get a good idea of the price for their particular door choice.
Do we cover areas outside of Nottingham?
Yes we cover areas outside of Nottingham.We may charge a survey fee if you are too far outside of our regular service area. We routinely carry out door installations in Arnold, Hucknall, Mansfield, Chesterfield, Kirkby- in- Ashfield, Sutton -in- Ashfield, Eastwood, Alfreton, Shirebrook, Bolsover, Clay Cross, Ripley, Bolsover and Sheffield.
Do we take away the old door?
Yes. We are licensed by the Environment Agency to take away the old frame, door and any other waste (licence number CBDU212121) . The old door and frames are also recycled where possible.
If you want us to dispose of your old door for you we charge £30.
Will my old door alarm sensor be refitted to my new door?
Yes. We can refit any alarm sensor back to your new door, this is also the same for door bells, phone cables etc...
Additional Charges
As mentioned above, 95% of our customers pay the same price as shown on our composite door designer, which you can see from our reviews. However, until we conduct a survey we cannot guarantee the price.
Additional fees may be applicable for surveys outside of our usually service area. Any additional charges tend to be on much older properties, i.e. older than 70 years or so, but even then not all old properties require a charge. Additional charges are usually no more than £50 Inc vat. If a charge is required we will point out why but usually it is if we need to use larger upvc trim and / or required internal boxing out of the door frame.
You can also send us a photo of the door inside and out, we can normally tell from this if a charge may be required. Feel free to give us a call for more information.
Deposits
For installations of a total of up to £3000 inc VAT.
We require a 20% deposit.
If the customer happy to do so we also often "round" a deposit amount in order to leave an even figure for the remaining balance. For example, if the total amount is £1345.78, we may ask for a deposit of £345.78 which would leave a final amount of £1000, which would be due on completion. The £3000 limit may be changed at our discretion.
For installations priced between £3000 and £10000 inc VAT.
We will ask for a 20% initial deposit, which will book in your installation date. We would then ask for a 30% second deposit to be made no later than 14 days before your agreed installation date.
Leaving a remaining balance of 50% to pay once the work is complete.
For installations over £10000, we would discuss deposit payments with you.
All deposits and guarantees are protected by Insure Windows Guarantees LTD.
The company and the Managing Director are also approved and vetted by the UK's financial markets regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
